• Eve Devillers

    Eve Devillers is a PhD student in Development Studies at Cornell University, currently researching the political economy of data centers in Southeast Asia. She has previously conducted research on carbon offsetting in East Africa, carbon capture and storage in the U.S. Midwest, and gold mining in Nicaragua. Her scholarly interests include extractivism, computing infrastructures, energy transitions, climate finance, and land and resource politics. She holds an MSc in Environmental Change from the University of Oxford.
