Avdhesh Kumar is a Research Associate at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Dwarka (Delhi). He completed his Ph.D. in February 2025 from the Centre for Comparative Politics and Political Theory, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His areas of interest include labor studies, workplace surveillance, and science and technology studies (STS).
